“ It just seems like a random spot to have such delicious cheesesteaks! We came in to a short line but the friendly repeat customer in front of us couldn't say enough good things about the place. As if the smells from the outside weren't indication enough. Two men hold down the fort at this place for over 20 years. They have pretty good memories for getting all the orders thy they get. My hubby and I both got a Philly's mine with everything minus mayo plus jalapeños and his just steak and cheese and fries. It was one of the best I have had and we tried a few in Philly. I am usually pretty indifferent to sandwiches, too but this was pretty special: The meat was so tender and juicy but not greasy, the cheese stretchy, and the bread soft and the right amount of density. My husband and I finished each finished the entire sandwich and then he ordered another one to go. This will definitely be our spot to grab these when in the GR area. The staff was great and prices were reasonable. ”

I was a bit worried my salad wouldn't have enough meat or dressing, but it was PERFECTION. I highly recommend and we will return for sure! The environment was clean and the gentlemen behind the counter were fast and friendly -and dare I say very attractive, haha. ”
